December 3 GBCC Coffee Talk

If it’s GBCC Coffee Talk in the month of December, then you know that Hunt Real Estate ERA is the host!

Thank you to Don and the team at Hunt Real Estate in Liverpool for having us over on Wednesday December 3 for coffee, conversation, and a few calories at their beautifully decorated office. As always, there was a large helping of smiles and laughter with a side of relationship building.

Many of us learned two things: 1) that undeveloped property with no existing structures or utilities is called raw land, and 2) not every financial institution offers raw land loans. #TheMoreYouKnow
