RIBBON CUTTINGS
Is your company planning a grand opening, ribbon cutting, or groundbreaking? We can help make it special!
In celebration of new business openings, change of locations, renovations or other major accomplishments, the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce offers free ribbon cuttings for members on location. This is a great opportunity to create a media event with photos of you and the big scissors on your big day.
What to Expect:

Ribbon cutting celebrations should be scheduled at minimum two weeks’ notice.

We only offer ribbon cuttings on Monday-Friday

We encouraged you to invite the community to attend.

Chamber staff will arrive at your location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled ribbon cutting.

The ribbon will be cut at the scheduled time.

We bring the big scissors and ribbon. If you wish to use your own supplies, please let us know.

Refreshments or snacks provided by you are optional.
Marketing your Event:

Your celebration will be announced in a special email newsletter to our email list

We will share the event across our social media pages

Media releases requesting attendance must be written and arranged by you. If you'd like press release routing to local officials and news, please send your release to baldwinsvillechamber@gmail.com (we do not guarantee attendance or coverage).

The photo taken by Chamber staff will be posted on Facebook
